1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the a45jl online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available through our website at a45jl.cam (the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

a45jl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of a45jl services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. These Terms apply to all users of the a45jl Platform, including but not limited to players, visitors, and any person or entity accessing our services. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall refer to such entity.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use a45jl services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age or older. Online gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21 in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. a45jl employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines. You must not be under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from agreeing to these Terms.
• Jurisdictional Eligibility: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by local, state, or national laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of a45jl complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Account Limitation: You may only register and maintain one account with a45jl. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts opened under false identities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of funds.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not have previously self-excluded from a45jl or any affiliated gaming platform, nor be subject to any gambling restriction order or prohibition.
• Personal Use Only: Your a45jl account is for personal, recreational use only. Commercial use, professional gambling operations, or use on behalf of third parties is prohibited.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information during registration or misrepresenting your eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. a45jl reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and request supporting documentation.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access gaming services on the a45jl Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by the registration form. Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred username and password. You agree to update your account information promptly if any changes occur to ensure accuracy at all times.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow others to access your account. Any activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Immediately notify a45jl of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, especially when using shared or public computers
• Enable two-factor authentication if available for enhanced security

a45jl is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.

3.3 Account Verification

a45jl reserves the right to verify your identity and other information provided during registration at any time. You may be required to submit copies of valid identification documents (such as passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), proof of payment method ownership, and any other documentation deemed necessary by a45jl to comply with regulatory obligations and prevent fraud. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

To participate in real-money gaming on the a45jl Platform, you must deposit funds into your account using one of the approved payment methods. a45jl currently accepts deposits through GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and other payment methods as may be offered from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP unless otherwise specified.

All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• a45jl does not charge processing fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own fees.
• Deposited funds are typically credited to your account instantly, but may be subject to verification delays in certain circumstances.
• You must have sufficient legal right to use any payment method you provide to a45jl.
• All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.
• Deposits cannot be reversed or canceled once processed, except in cases of verified technical errors or as required by law.

a45jl reserves the right to refuse any deposit, impose deposit limits, or restrict payment methods at our sole discretion. We may conduct additional verification checks on deposits that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns consistent with our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and limitations:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP unless otherwise specified.
• Verification Requirement: Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by providing required documentation. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at a45jl's discretion.
• Payment Method: Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If this is not feasible, alternative methods may be arranged with a45jl support.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours after approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes to 2 hours once approved.
• Wagering Requirements: Deposits and any associated bonuses must meet specified wagering requirements before funds become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for bonus terms.
• Fraud Prevention: a45jl reserves the right to conduct security checks on withdrawal requests and delay processing if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account status and VIP tier. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of ₱50,000 PHP.

a45jl does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may impose their own processing fees. We reserve the right to refuse or delay withdrawals if we have reasonable grounds to believe that fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activities have occurred, or if any Terms have been violated.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

a45jl offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet specified criteria. Some bonuses are one-time offers, while others may be recurring.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements, typically ranging from 20x to 40x the bonus amount plus deposit. You must complete wagering requirements before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely.

• Bonus Abuse: a45jl strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting game features, or any fraudulent activity. Violations result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

a45jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. All bonus-related decisions made by a45jl are final and binding.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

a45jl is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming experience. All games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure randomness and fairness. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by a45jl or any player. Specific gameplay terms include:

• Game Rules: Each game has specific rules and payout structures, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before playing.
• Return to Player (RTP): RTP percentages are published for all slot games and represent the theoretical return to players over extended gameplay.
• Malfunction Voids: In the event of software malfunction, network disconnection, or technical error, all affected game rounds and payouts are void. a45jl will rectify errors by restoring accounts to their pre-error state.
• Disconnections: If you are disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed automatically based on the last action taken, and results will be reflected in your account upon reconnection.
• Betting Limits: Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits may vary based on your account status, VIP level, and the specific game.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are subject to additional rules governing player conduct, chat behavior, and interaction with dealers. Abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from live tables and account restrictions.

8. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a45jl Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Underage Gambling: Access or use of the Platform by anyone under 21 years of age
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account on a45jl
• Identity Fraud: Registering using false information, stolen identity, or providing fraudulent documentation
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means or violation of bonus terms
• Cheating: Using software, bots, or any automated system to play games or manipulate outcomes
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to access or use your account
• Abusive Conduct: Harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive language toward other players, dealers, or a45jl staff
• Circumvention: Attempting to circumvent security measures, geographic restrictions, or self-exclusion controls

Any player found engaging in prohibited activities will face immediate consequences, including but not limited to account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and potential legal action. a45jl cooperates with law enforcement authorities regarding illegal activities.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

a45jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 8
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Extended period of account inactivity (typically 12 months or longer)
• Self-exclusion or request for responsible gaming restrictions
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon account termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. If termination is not due to your breach, a45jl will return your account balance minus any applicable fees or charges. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting a45jl customer support.

Closure or termination of your account does not release you from any obligations, liabilities, or restrictions that arose prior to closure. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect, including provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a45jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to your access to or use of the Platform, even if a45jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. a45jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of a45jl services is at your sole risk. You are responsible for any financial losses incurred through gaming activities on the Platform. a45jl is not responsible for any losses resulting from player decisions, game outcomes, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall a45jl's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount you have deposited into your a45jl account in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
